To help you reconnect to yourself and live a life that’s true to you.

Already done the initial 3-session package and want to keep going? Single 1:1 sessions are available for returning clients when you need them.

You know you’re exhausted - maybe even burnt out - and not sure what you want anymore. You don’t need another person telling you what you should do. You need someone who can help you reconnect to yourself.... without pressure, without fixing, and without anyone needing you to have it all figured out first.

These 1:1 sessions offer a safe place to be heard — connection, presence, and support that meets you right where you are.

This session is for you if:

  • You're tired of living based on what people expect you to do

  • You’ve lost touch with what you really need & want help tuning in, without judgment

  • You’re moving through burnout, stress or a life transition and need space to process

  • You’re overwhelmed or overstimulated and want support to ground and regulate

  • You’re craving connection, compassion, and clarity

What to expect from the sessions:

60 minutes via Google Meet

Each session is different, because you are different from day to day. We’ll follow what feels most supportive for you in the moment. They may include:

  • A calming check-in and gentle grounding

  • Space to talk through what’s coming up and be deeply listened to

  • Reflection and insight to help you connect to your needs, patterns, or energy

  • Ending the session with one small, doable next step that helps you connect with yourself

  • A follow-up note with a few soft reminders or personalized resources

We move at your pace. Always.

What we might explore together:

While each session is guided by what’s present for you, many clients come to me while recovering from burnout, people-pleasing, or years of overachieving. Topics that often come up include:

  • Understanding your current energy — what nourishes you and what quietly drains you

  • Reconnecting with your inner voice (and untangling it from others’ expectations)

  • Creating and strengthening boundaries that actually feel sustainable

  • Understanding and embracing high sensitivity

  • Cultivating self-compassion and gentler ways of caring for yourself

  • Exploring what’s blocking rest, nourishment, or ease

  • Nervous system regulation and building a sense of safety in your body

  • Clarifying values, direction, and what your version of a meaningful life looks like
