What you can expect from 1:1 sessions with me
Every session is different — because you are different from day to day.
Our work together is about meeting you exactly where you are and creating a calm, supportive space for whatever wants to be explored.
Some sessions are reflective and spacious. Others are more practical or grounding. You’ll never be pushed into a specific format. Instead, we’ll follow what feels most supportive for you in the moment. Each session closes with a small, concrete step — something gentle and doable — to help you live a little more connected to yourself in the days that follow.
If journaling and offline activities help you process, I can offer gentle prompts and tools. If you’d rather talk things through, we can do that. And if you want a blend of both, we’ll shape our time together accordingly.
