WHO I AM
12 years in corporate marketing. Then I burned out.
Hi, I’m Kathleen. I spent 12 years in corporate marketing, leading product marketing and lifecycle teams at a major financial institution. I’ve spent my career helping organizations get clear on what makes them different, who they’re really for, and how to communicate that in a way that actually lands.
And then I burned out.
Leaving corporate life led me to build Reset with Kathleen, my coaching and wellness business for women navigating burnout and self-disconnection. Building that business taught me something my corporate career never quite did: how hard it is to market something that comes from your whole self, not just your job title.
I know what it’s like to have something real to offer and struggle to put it into words. I know what it’s like for marketing to feel like performing rather than connecting. It's the same thing I work through with women in my coaching practice, and it’s the thread that runs through everything I do.

A complete look at who you are, who you’re really for, and how to reach them, across your entire presence. This is a deep foundation that you’ll come back to again and again.
The Origin Session
We start with a real conversation about why you started, who you’re really building this for, and what makes your work different. I’ll listen for the language that’s already living in your business and what’s already true. I’ll also listen for what’s been getting in the way, because sometimes that’s the most important place to start.
No prep. You just need to show up.

Building the Foundation
While you get on with your business, I review how you’re currently showing up: your website, social profiles, emails, and key touchpoints. I’m looking for the gap between how and where you talk about your work in person and how it reads to someone who has never met you.
Just starting out? If you don’t have an established online presence yet, we skip the audit and spend that time building the right foundation from day one, so you’re not playing catch-up later. Same depth, different starting point.

Most engagements run 3–4 weeks from the Origin Session to the final document. The follow-up session happens after you've had time to read through everything — usually a week or two after delivery.
The two calls (The Origin Session and the follow-up call) are each 60-90 minutes. Everything in between is on my end. You get on with your business.

If your offer suite already feels clear and you just need help saying it right on one channel, start with Tier 2: Positioning Snapshot. If you’re not sure how your offers fit together, or you want your whole presence — website, social, email — working from one foundation, Tier 1: The Intensive is the better fit. A free discovery call helps us figure this out together.

Yes, that’s a common path. Nothing from Tier 2 is wasted; the Intensive builds on it rather than repeating it.

It's most valuable once you have a clear sense of what you offer and who you're for, even if you can't put it into words yet. If you're still figuring out your business model, a discovery call will help us figure out if the timing is right.
