Return to You: Guided Program

This agreement is between you (the participant) and Kathleen, founder of Reset with Kathleen (resetwithkathleen.ca). By purchasing or accessing the Guided version of Return to You, you agree to the terms below. A full agreement covering your 1:1 sessions will be available for review when you book a session.
What's included
When you join Return to You (Guided Program), you receive:
Lifetime access to all five course sections
Video and audio recordings for each section
Your Reflection Guide — a companion workbook
Prompts and micro-practices designed to meet you where you are
Two (2) private 1:1 sessions with Kathleen (60 minutes each)
90 days of email access to Kathleen for questions, reflections, and support
Access to all future updates to the course
The guided program is designed to offer a more supported experience while still honouring your own pace. There are no required deadlines or live commitments.
Investment
Early member price: CAD $497
Full price (after launch): CAD $750
Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where required.

1:1 sessions
Your two private sessions are to be scheduled within 90 days of your purchase date. Sessions are held virtually via video call.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. If Kathleen needs to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time with as much notice as possible.
Full session terms — including recording consent and confidentiality — are covered in the program agreement available when you book a session.
Email access
Your 90-day email access begins on your purchase date. Kathleen will respond within 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays).
Email support is a gentle companion to your program experience, not a substitute for crisis support or ongoing therapeutic care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a crisis line or qualified professional immediately.
Refund policy
Because this program includes immediate access to digital materials and involves scheduled personal time with Kathleen, all sales are final once the program has been accessed or a session has been scheduled.
If you have concerns before accessing the program, please reach out within 48 hours of purchase at kathleen@resetwithkathleen.ca and we can talk it through together.
What this is — and isn't
Return to You (Guided Program) is a supported educational and reflective program. Kathleen is a coach and HSP Practitioner — not a therapist, counsellor, or medical professional. Nothing within this program constitutes therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Intellectual property
All program content is the intellectual property of Reset with Kathleen and is protected by copyright. You are welcome to use this material for your own personal growth — please do not share, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without written permission.
Your experience
The results of this program are shaped by your own engagement, honesty, and willingness to show up for yourself. Kathleen is committed to holding a warm, grounded, and thoughtful space. The work itself belongs to you.
