I offer calm, thoughtful talks and facilitated conversations for groups, teams, and communities navigating burnout, overwhelm, and change.

My work is especially resonant with women and caregivers, but it also supports workplaces and organizations seeking a more humane, sustainable way of working. These sessions are not high-energy motivational talks — they are spaces to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what actually supports people to function well over time.
